Since July 3 2016, regulation (EU) number 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on Market Abuse (MAR) has been in force and is directly applicable to Achilles Capital AB (publ). This means that the Financial Supervisory Authority provides information on transactions carried out by Achilles Capital AB (publ)'s persons discharging managerial responsibilities and their related parties since that date.

Insider trading in the Achilles Capital AB bonds is disclosed in the Financial Supervisory Authority's PDMR transactions register since 3 July 2016.
