• Gross Collections: 12.7 MEUR
• Adjusted Cash EBITDA: 5.7 MEUR
• Profit Before Tax: 3.3 MEUR
• Cash Position: 5.3 MEUR
• Gross ERC: 309 MEUR
• New Investments: 3.4 MEUR

The Group continued its focus on selective capital deployment, primarily through follow-on investments in existing growth equity positions.

Strategic Update

As of April 2025, Matthew Doerner has assumed the role of CEO, leading the Group’s evolution into an institutional asset management platform. In line with this transition, the company will complete its rebranding from DDM Debt AB to Achilles Capital AB during Q2 2025. The new name reflects the company’s broadened strategy, investor base, and product offering.

Market Outlook

The Group anticipates an increase in European loan sale activity in the second half of 2025, driven by elevated interest rates and continued bank deleveraging. With its disciplined investment approach, experienced team, and growing operational footprint, the Group is well positioned to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
